MY STORY
I’m a Liverpool-based researcher, insight professional and strategist. I help develop solid and data-driven strategies across both brand and product spaces. I believe in the value of using insights, data and customer empathy to make better decisions.
I've spent the last decade working with brands to:
Deeply understand who their customers are, as well as identifying growth opportunities
Drive innovation and improvements for products
Define and refine marcomms about who they are and what they stand for
Improve user/customer experiences.
I’m a mixed-methods researcher in the truest sense - I’m 50/50, down the middle, by design. I’m as happy conducting interviews and focus groups, as I am crunching the numbers.
I’ve worked with brands such as Bumble, Badoo, Samsung, Dyson, John West, Domino’s Pizza, Lego, Next, Jacamo, Britvic, Remington, Russell Hobbs, Iams and Cancer Research UK.
My expertise is in supporting brands in FMCG/Consumer/Retail and Tech but I’ve worked across a huge number of sectors throughout my career, so there’s something I can bring to every project I work on.
